&lt;p&gt;It looks like the system&amp;nbsp;power management stuff in the blog post has been deprecated, and the device power management stuff doesn&amp;#39;t pertain to my problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was unaware that the bootloader subimage needed configuring as well. I added child_image/mcuboot.conf&amp;nbsp;containing&lt;/p&gt;
