BT 5.4 (PAwR) will be fully supported only on nRF Connect SDK. No support on nRF 5 SDK.

Hi, In Master Branch in nRF Connect SDK, you can see that the Nordic SoftDevice Controller has already experimental support for PAwR (BT 5.4): https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrfxlib/softdevice_controller/README.html
