Could you try to connect your P0.18 directly to VDD and then check? Because in case the pin reset is enabled by accident and then this pin is tried to output low, this will cause an infinite reset problem. Please try this and let me know how it goes.

That would be SB40? No, it is not cut. I haven't cut any bridges on the board.

Could you also please verify that the Solder bridge next to P22 is not cut? Maybe for current measurements.

Update, it seems I am able to flash the board's NRF52833 via another DK (Debug out to debug in). So this rules out the NRF52833 chip being the problem?
