Hi,

Yes, I've tried it and was able to download compiler v5 but I now realize that it's only available for people with a Pro license. What I suggest:

You can contact keil support and ask them to send you the compiler version
Keil free version has a size limit that means that you would at some point need to pay for the pro license if you're developing something close to a real application. Since you've just started, I would suggest that you either switch to using SES or switch to the newer nRF52 which is supported in the new and updated nRF Connect SDK.

You tried your guide? I tried your guide but I can't download that.

Arm Developer site never allow download and provide download page.

it asks continuously login, I logged in but it never shows any download page.....

Really useless development environment....
