I am installing nrf connect for desktop from source on a linux platform running on the ARM V7 architecture. The electron framework works fine, but the nrf-device-lib-js dependency (not sure if there's a github repo) does not have prebuilds for

RE: nRF connect for desktop on ARMV7 prebuilt dependency missing

I understand. In that case, it is a bit more difficult.

We don't have anything that can run the PPK on ana ARM v7. The reason I asked was in case you only needed to program the nRF, in which case you wouldn't need the entire nRF Connect for Desktop running.

What may be interesting for you is to check out a github repo that can control the PPK using python:

https://github.com/IRNAS/ppk2-api-python

Please note that this is not driven/owned by Nordic Semiconductor, so we don't control this repository, but perhaps it could be interesting for your usecase.

Best regards,

Sorry, but we do not have the nRF Connect for Desktop that can run on an ARM V7 architecture, and the nRF Connect for Desktop is not open source, so I don't have anything that I can share, unfortunately.

May I ask what you intend to use it for? If you intend to install the IDE and everything to run on e.g. a raspberry pi, I think that would be difficult (since it is closed source, and it doesn't run on ARM V7). But if you e.g. only intend to use it to flash nRF devices, you could use nRF Command Line Tools (nrfutil).

Best regards,
