Hi,

I have tested with the image under C:\nordic\nRF5_SDK\nRF5SDK160098a08e2\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart_buttonless_dfu - s7t3\hex, and they can work as expected on nRF52DK.

After I programmed with SD_BL.hex, nRF52DK will advertise with 17.0.2 DfuTarg. It can update with ble_uart_ota.zip and advertise as

I also programmed SD_BL.hex, settings.hex, and ble_app_uart_pca10040_s132.hex to update ble_uart_ota.zip, and it also can work.

In the meantime, I see you created the replicated case for the same issue, and my colleague is working on that. so I would close this one. Please don't create duplicate cases for the same issue.

I looked and followed the reference you gave but there are some problems
when I include this part of the code my device is not discoverable,
and when I comment on this part of the code device is discoverable but when i click on connect , it automatically disconnects after like a sec.
I am attaching full code files can you please look what's the problem here

Hi,

If you build your project with Debug instead of Release, then you can set a breakpoint at the same place, but then you can find the file name, line number, and error code in app_error_fault_handler().

This post shows how to add ble_app_buttonless_dfu into other applications. Hope it can help.
