 But not able to display anything on lcd. 
 i am using JHD162A 16x2 lcd.

The testing of the display&amp;#39;s electrical characteristic is apparently done with VDD in the range between 2.7V to 4.5V. The datasheet also says that minimum Input High Voltage is 0.7*VDD. If you run your nRF51 at 3.5V the maximum supply voltage for the display is&lt;/p&gt;
