Which sources you are referring to? What is meaning of max-speed? Do you mean data-rate?

There could be difference in usage of terms like data-rate and throughput.

LTE-M and NB-IoT are 3GPP standards, and the table show the throughput numbers for those standards. Our devices (like 9160) do comply with standards and regulations.
