We will run some tests with the hardware back to the workshop and I'll let you know when this is done. Waiting for hardware to come back now.

I can see the steps you are facing:

Running from battery works fine
Turning off power switch and turning back on -> Nothing happens
Connecting USB -> Device boots
Removing USB -> Device continue to run from battery

Just wondering if the environment has some extreme condition.

Location is north east of France. It is outside but conditions are not really harsh. The only thing we see as different in that location is a mid-voltage electric network passing through.

What would make the device(s) not being able to restart with the switch and however being able to reboot through software command?

Hello LP,

It's strange. what are the conditions in your "final location"? Since it works fine in the workshop, are you trying to use it in some hot or cold environment for instance?

Hardware version for ntf9160 is : 1.6.0 (latest)

I flashed the device 2 months ago. It has been working perfect in the workshop. Now when it reaches it's final location issues appear.

Another info : We can reboot device through Bluetooth (with our app) and it works. Only when we try to power off/on physically it doesn't. And we have to plug to usb to do so.
