Because I worked with nrf52832 dk before and it had this option. I thought both have this option.

That's because you have the revision 3 IC and it doesn't have a bootloader. Why do you wish to go into bootloader mode?

Yes you should set the power selector switch to VDD.

I use USB port for connect to pc and power nrf52840 dk v3.0.0.

bord have swith to select power sourc, if i select usb for power selector button, interface ic not work and led5 start fast blinking.

while i use usb port for connect to pc and power, i must set power selector switch on vdd! it is ok?

No, the nRF power supply should be in VDD, because you are powering it via J2. In case you use nRF USB port for connection, that's for the USB power supply.

I change the Power source from usb to vdd and it work fine!
