Hi,

You need to enable the RTC in the prj.conf with the following line: CONFIG_NRFX_RTC<instance number>

In your case CONFIG_RTFX_RTC0

However I would recommend using the Zephyr RTC lib since I not sure how thread safe it would be to use the nrfx RTC with zephyr. I have added two helpful links below

I tried to build the example with the files you provided and it worked both with and without debug. Can you upload the project you are having trouble with? From your error it has a different name than the one provided.
