&lt;p&gt;If you take a look at the&amp;nbsp;get_zap.py source code under&amp;nbsp;modules\lib\matter\scripts\setup\nrfconnect, you could see it downloads the zap tool from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://github.com/project-chip/zap"&gt;https://github.com/project-chip/zap&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which is not maintained by us (NordicSemi). I would suggest you pull requests there for feedback.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
