Now I want to expand the program stacksize through that extended ram to have more programming space, how should I configure it?
Just to clarify. Do you actually want to extend your RAM and stacksize with an external RAM chip, or do you mean Flash?
because in my application use USB_flashmassStore, need to add Flash to the program
If you want flash, you could look into the SDK\examples\peripheral\usbd_msc example. However, it is unclear to me whether you are already using this example application.

Best regards,

The QSPI XIP support is for read-only data, thus not usable as a stack.

What is your use case? It is highly unusal for a small MCU to use this much stack - normal usage is in KB range.
