Just to clarify. Do you actually want to extend your RAM and stacksize with an external RAM chip, or do you mean Flash?

If you want flash, you could look into the SDK\examples\peripheral\usbd_msc example. However, it is unclear to me whether you are already using this example application.

No dice. The QSPI XIP support is for read-only data, thus not usable as a stack.

What is your use case? It is highly unusal for a small MCU to use this much stack - normal usage is in KB range.
