&lt;p&gt;We have documentation available for RTX alongside SDK 9.0 which works concurrently with the SoftDevice. The information can be found &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk51.v9.0.0/rtx.html?cp=4_1_0_3_15"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. It should also be possible to run other RTOS variations, however you will likely need to port a system timer (SysTick). For the most demanding RTOS variations you will need add some external memory.&lt;/p&gt;
