Hi,

As long as you've added the custom vendor model to Element 1 in every node, you should be able to send the custom model message to every node by setting the destination address as 0xFFFF.

Yes, we are using custom mesh model for every node available in mesh. and we have implemented vendor mesh model using chat sample example only.

I wanted to understand by setting destination address as 0xFFFF while sending message, is there any restriction at receiving server model end?

Does every node in your Mesh network support the custom vendor mesh model?

Have you seen https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/protocols/bt_mesh/vendor_model/index.html? If not I would recommend to you to have a look through this documentation to see how we've implemented a new vendor specific model in our chat sample
