I have a custom board already, which has 2 RGB LEDs. By default, it looks like the nrf_drv_pwm driver is configured to have 4 channels. For this project I am looking

RE: nrf52832 PWM Driver Issue

This worked, thanks!

RE: nrf52832 PWM Driver Issue

That makes sense, I should've remembered that.

The nRF52832 only has 4 compare channels per PWM peripheral:

https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/pwm.html#concept_pzc_1pw_nr

Using more than 4 PWM channels would necessitate the use of another PWM peripheral. Thankfully, the nRF52832 has three total PWM peripherals enabling the use of up to 12 hardware PWM channels.

I hope this helps,
