Is it possible to DFU field update a device with SDK17 bootloader snd softdevice to the nrfconnect sdk? Is there documentation on how to do this?

Is DFU MESH on the roadmap for nRF-Connect-SDK? As of yet DFU MESH is only available on the MESH SDK. Do we have a timeframe for this as this will affect lots of users from moving from that SDK to the Connect-SDK.

If I have a Bluetooth peripheral implementation using SoftDevice (not the SDK) what will it cost in terms of compiled (executable) size? Using SoftDevice reduces the size considerably over using the SDK, am I going to lose this advantage porting to nRF Connect? Are we moving to embedded bloatware?

When ANT+ will be available on nRF Connect SDK? Since one year is planned but not defined release date.

What a terrible decision by Nordic. Forcing their customers into a specific RTOS, especially one that isn't widely used in the industry, is like forcing visitors to their website to use a specific web browser.

Comparing an implementation using Zephyr RTOS with an "old" bare-metal approach, how is power efficiency affected? Is Zephyr RTOS less optimized for energy efficiency due to multiple layers of abstraction?

Runtime peripheral remapping is still not supported in Zephyr. It has been been open issue for more than a year now.

Is there any reuse of libraries and drivers between nRF5 SDK and nRF Connect SDK? In other words if I used e.g. PWM or SAADC from nRF5 SDK, can I reuse the same implementation in nRF Connect SDK?

We have a project developed under nRF5 SDK 14.3 using a bootloader and DFU. Is it possible to make an update of the app implemented / ported to nRF Connect? I.e is there any API compatibility between these two?

I have my thread application running on nRF5 SDK for Thread and Zigbee. But it is not up to date with the latest open thread features. Can I port my current thread application on the "bare metal" approach on nRF Connect SDK?
