As a beekeeper, I am very interested in this project. We have beehives in different locations.
I can say from my experience that the Nordic Thingy:91 already provides a lot of sensor data that a beekeeper needs and appreciates. To make the module accessible to a broad community of beekeepers, a connection for at least one HL 711 module is required to be able to read out weight changes in the hive. In this context, the scale also needs to be able to be calibrated. Who can help me?

As both a shareholder and an apiarist, this is very interesting. Are there any plans to market this technology, and has there been any further work doen since 2021? I am located just outside Oslo, and would be more than willing to participate in trials and tests.

Hi, I have an observation beehive at a research center in Tingvoll, Norway, that I would like to equip with various sensors for monitoring and logging as well as cameras for observing behavior. I would like to live stream the data and camera footage. Would it be possible to collaborate with some students to develop solutions? The hope is to use the beehive for educational purposes and for collecting data for research. Thank you.
