Really bad move to close source of NRFUTIL that is mandatory tool for DFU image generation and flashing.

DFU generation and flashing not possible anymore on FreeBSD Unix.

You just lost customer and all of my clients.

No Open Source = Lost Trust = Lost Customers :-(

Please reconsider. Really bad move!

Will the source code of the "new nrfutil" be available? The company I work for has a internal fork of the original nrfutil to add some additional information to the DFU package.

Note there's are issues with the extraction of nrfutil install completion on macOS and Linux

The bash and zsh scripts are not marked as executable (+x)
The order of where to include the completion script is unclear especially with oh-my-zsh (could be resolved also with a plugin on oh-my-zsh repo)
The example script should use $HOME and not the user home path
