I&#39;m getting an Access is Denied error.</p> <p><img src="/resized-image/__size/640x480/__key/commentfiles/f7d226abd59f475c9d224a79e3f0ec07-3f72d5b5-2dca-49e7-9758-649a78b032fa/pastedimage1687359195151v1.png" alt=" " /></p> <p>I&#39;ve tried running the app as Administrator with no luck.</p> <p>I know my RS232 port works because I am using&nbsp;the same port (COM5) with Trace Collector V2 Preview app, and it works great. I get the modem trace file and I can open it in Wireshark and everything works as expected.</p> <p>For some reason, Cellular Monitor v1.0.2 is unable to open that same COM port Trace Collector was using.</p><img src="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/aggbug?PostID=1472&AppID=4&AppType=Weblog&ContentType=0" width="1" height="1">
