I'm getting an Access is Denied error.

I've tried running the app as Administrator with no luck.

I know my RS232 port works because I am using the same port (COM5) with Trace Collector V2 Preview app, and it works great. I get the modem trace file and I can open it in Wireshark and everything works as expected.

For some reason, Cellular Monitor v1.0.2 is unable to open that same COM port Trace Collector was using.
