When I post link at the end of a comment to the question and try to follow this link then the closing tag < p/> adds to the end of the link and it fails to open the link.

Hello, Ole, thanks for your work.
Now I have another issue.
When I saw tips "Markdown basics" and read "basic HTML tags are also supported" I tried to use br/ tag at the end of each line to form next line like this:

It works fine on preview, but fails in actual post:

But it works fine in blog posts.

A paragraph in Markdown is required to have whitespace around it, so the UPD-behavior is actually expected, although perhaps somewhat surprising. The numbering is however not quite as expected, and I can try to look into that in some more detail. I can however not promise that I'll be able to fix it, as this is probably related to the Markdown implementation used. :-/

The comment editing problem was however found to be a bug in our code, and should be fixed now. Let me know if you have any further problems!

For some reason I can't edit my comments in the blog. If I click on edit link under my comment the content of my comment is copied into editor below, but I can't save changes.

Is it some problems on my side?

I'm using Google Chrome version 35.0.1916.153 m.

I have a few complains about new text formatting in questions - it's too smart:

When I want to put two lines with newline it merges in one line if I don't place additional emply line betweeb two lines. See examlpe below with UPD:... lines.
I have some troubles with paragraph numbering:

I'm terribly sorry for the extremely late response, but these issues should now all be gone.

Old attachments are now downloadable
Custom avatars should be usable
The "Send PM" link on the user profile now correctly starts a new conversation.
All users, even with 1 reputation, can now attach files.

Some other minor issues were also corrected along the way. Please keep posting comments if you find any further problems!
