To ease starting up, and enabling you to do a simple "hello world", I have written a step-by-step guide on how to ping6 a PCA10028 from a Raspb...

RE: How to ping6 an nRF51422 device by using the nRF51 IoT SDK

@reidarma : Thanks for your advice!! But, I can work IoT(IPv6) with nRF51 Dungle :-)

Now I'm thinking IPv6 tunnel application on Android/iPhone. Still almost network is working IPv4 network, so if I develop IPv6 tunnel(router) application working on Android/iPhone, connected to the Android/iPhone bluetooth application can have an IPv6 connectivity at everywhere, everytime. (but needed IPv6/IPv4 tunnel server like a 6to4).

You can indeed use the nRF51 dongle, but you are missing out easy to use buttons to in example emulate sensor inputs for your development. The PCA10028 (DK) has arduino form factor, which enables the possibility to use a range of arduino shields.

BTW, now I want to get the nRF51 Dongle or DK(from Digikey). If I get the nRF51 dongle, I can use nRF51 IoT SDK and IPv6 over Bluetooth?

its a pre-compiled 3.17 raspian kernel with no modifications.
The source code is available here: github.com/.../rpi-3.17.y

3.17 is needed to have proper 6LoWPAN support

Tip - Careful about Nordic's MAC to IPV6 script, it does not care work well with shorthand address.
That is if you enter ipv6 prefix as xxxx:yy:zz::(ie xxxx:00yy:00zz::) it would take it as xxxx:yyzz::, i wasted pinging and debugging a wrong address.
