It works fine on BLE but doesnt work on ANT+, how about ant+ PA on nrf52x?

I have modified the \nRF5_SDK_11.0.0_89a8197\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs example to toggle pin 22 (PA) and pin 23 (LNA) on a nRF52-DK (PCA10040).

// Init GPIO's to control PA and/or LNA, must be done before start advertising.
pa_lna_init(22,23);

ble_app_hrs_with_pa_lna.zip

This is an excellent post on the subject of using the new PA and LNA support in S132 2.0.0, but you should change the title and remove the forward slash, or repost it under a better title. The slash just causes the search engine on the dev site to fail and even if you look under just pa or lna the posting does not show up. The only reason I found it was because it was linked to from another post.
