NRF51822QFACA10 can not use nrf5_sdk_12.0.0_12f24da

now i want to use the lastest nrf5_sdk_12. But I find that the example did not work. The fellowing is my configuration.

What is the error? Have you tried following the Getting Started section of the SDK documentation?

I used jlink to trace the IC and find that it never go next when run to ble_stack_init();.

Yes, nRF51822 QFACA10 is revision 3 IC, which support S130 softdevice. Have you tried running the blinky example without softdevice, to check if you can get that working? There is also precompiled hex files in the SDK examples that you can try by drag-and-drop programming. The ble_peripheral examples have the softdevice merged into the hex files.
