Is the NRF51822 board ready for programming?

Hi,

I would like to know if the NRF51822 (Just the NRF board, not the BLE Nano) comes already prepared to be programmed or if it needs some modification. I want to program in OTA to use it with Bluetooth low energy.

nRF51822 is a chip, not a board. What nRF board are you referring to? The nRF51 DK?

I meant a nRF51822 chip. I want to use it withouot the BLE Nano board but I don´t know if I need just the chip or I need some additional configration.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but just the chip will not do much. You need to place it on a PCB, and at least supply it with power. You probably need a crystal or two, an antenna, a matching network for the antenna and so on. Could you explain a bit more about what you want to do?
