Power Profiler "Cannot find calibration values"

Hi, I have set up the Power Profiler as per the directions now on the step connecting the board to the Wiindows Python app it says "Cannot find calibration values" and the app quits. I cannot get beyond this step. Any suggestions ? Thanks for the help.

Does it say "Initialization failed, could not read calibration values." ?

Yes it does

Make sure that the PPK is flashed with the correct firmware. Try to flash the PPK again with ppk_v1_0_0.hex.

I just re-flashed it and I got this when I stated up PPK. (HOW DO YOU ENTER PREFORMATTED CODE - Tried the icon and typed

 and neither worked)
