Abnormal connection after disconnection

hello, In nRF 52, after executing ble_advertising_start after BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED, although BLE_GAP_EVT_CONNECTED is set on the device side although the central is disconnected. After that, it will not be connected until it is reset. Please give me your thoughts on why.
