PPK desktop application won't start.

I installed these softwares successfully:

  1. python 2.7.13

  2. SEGGER J-Link V5.12g

  3. nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools_9_0_0_Installer

  4. the PPK software package

My PC platform is 64-bit Microsoft Windows.

I just could not open the PPK desktop application by click ppk.py shortcut, but it showed up and disappeared right away.

The PPK board is connected by a USB cable, while the nRF5x Development Kit is just connected by a J-Link cable and a USB cable.
