How to pairing with example ble_app_uart?

I see BLE_GAP_EVT_SEC_PARAMS_REQUEST generated from SD. How to call this request for pairing state? I can't find any peer manager in the project. Explane, pls.

Unmodified, ble_app_uart does not support bonding.

You could have a look at another example on how it is done, for example ble_app_hrs.

You should be able to follow this tutorial to add the Peer Manager, FDS and Fstorage.

I downloaded ble_app_hrs. I can't understand how to bound this application with any devices. Can You explain it? In wich part of code I create bonding? Where can I read step by step logic of this application? How can I pairing and after this bonding?

Peer Manager handles pairing and bonding, so you should add that. The MSCs here, can also be used to see what events and functions that are releated to pairing.
