Sorry but hard to answer. Can you elaborate about what use case are you solving, what HW/SW you have on both sides?

Hi,

That is simply verison 1 of our S130 Bluetooth LE Stack. You can use that to make BLE applications with your nRF51. There is also a version 2 though, and I suggest that you use that to get the latest features and upgrades.

Have a look at the Compatibility Matrix to see what SDKs you can use with the Softdevices and the S130 Softdevice Specification to read more about what it actually is.
