programming nrf52832 using SWD interface

Hi, We are using NRF52832 in our application. Can you please suggest swd interface module for programming NRF52832?? or tell me any cheapest way to program NRF52832??

We generally recommend using Segger J-Link programmers.

If you have a nRF5x-DK, you can use the SEGGER J-Link OB that is on the DK to program your custom boards. See this infocenter page and the figure here.
