Can we add capacitor to the swdio pin to improve ESD ability?

Hi experts,

Can we add capacitor to the swdio pin to improve ESD capacity? We have make some sample that add 1uF capacitor to the swdio, indeed have improved the ESD capacity. But we don't know whether it will cause other problems.
