data is received as ascii value from UART0. actual value is integer or hex

nrf51 device transmit data as integer or hex value but i have received in end as ascii value. what could i do. any solution?

Your question doesn't make sense - please clarify.

Any UART - not just nRF51 - just transmits bytes; it neither knows nor cares what those bytes will be used to mean or represent.

It is entirely up to you how you will interpret the bytes - as ASCII codes, or as numbers, or whatever

Are you sending the data to a terminal, e.g. Putty or Termite? If that is the case then the bytes will be interpreted as ASCII characters and displayed accordingly. I recommend using RealTerm if you want to view the data as raw bytes.

i am using protocol analyzer, i have sent battery as percentage (eg. 80%). i have received data in protocol analyzer end its showing ascii character

Surely, you can set the protocol analyser to display in any format?!
