nRF51822-QFAA Flash Programming Error with Flasher Portable Stand Alone mode

Tried Flasher Portable Stand-Alone Mode with J-Flash 6.14 as following:

1. Create .jflash Project for nRF51822-QFAA
2. Open Data .Hex File
3. From J-Flash, select Target | Production Programming to program nRF51822-QFAA with Flasher Portable.
4. From J-Flash, download the config and data file to Flasher Portable by select File | Download Config & Data File to Flasher.
5. Start Flasher Portable with Stand-Alone Mode
6. Press the PROG button on Flasher Portable to program the target board.

Give the following message in Flasher.LOG file:

ERROR: Timeout while programming sector, RAMCode did not respond in time

SN: 1 - Failed

Tried reset the target device, no luck. Any suggestions?

Could you post a schematic or similar showing the connections between the nRF51822 and the flasher portable?
