nRF52840 DEC2 Capacitor

Hello dear Engineers!

the questions are should I connect pins DEC2:A18 and DEC2:E24 externally ?

shuold I use Capacitors to decouple both these pins (in Reference no CAPs)

No, since the Reference Schematics shows C10 and C13 as not mounted you should not connect them externally. Just follow the reference schematics.
