how to enable and disable softdevice s110 as based my customization

hi, i need to do long process and more flow of functionality that all could stopped by softdevice. so i need to enable and disable soft device. could it could affect my timer2, RTC1,UART0,Pstorage_nosd.c?

please help me any one

You can disable the SoftDevice with sd_softdevice_disable(), enable with sd_softdevice_enable(). Should affect those peripherals.
