How do I send the data from arduino to my iphone via bluetooth using red bear ble shield?

Hello,

I am new to BLE shield and arduino stuff. I am working on a project where I have to send the sensor data i.e. temperature sensor, humidity sensor and pressure sensor from an arduino uno board to my iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth. For this I am using red bear BLE shield for Bluetooth communication.

Can you give me any suggestions that how to send data from arduino to iPhone with the help of BLE Shield?
