nRF24L01 firmware update

I have nRF6310, nRF2727.

1. I wonder if I can update the nRF24L01 firmware with the above board.

2. I wonder if there are any additional devices or other methods.

What do you mean by update the firmware on nRF24L01 ? The nRF24L01 is not a SoC, there is no flash on it to run firmware. You need an MCU to interface with the NRF24L01, it's only a connectivity chip.
