M905 MTM Module Landing Foot Print Problem

Does any one use mtm m905 module. i tried this module and its a complete failure. the smt package is not standard and the BGA factory failed many times to solder this Module. is thereany better module instead of M905?

The M905 is a 3rd party module where Nordic Semiconductor only supplies the nRF52 SoC and the 3rd party manufactures and sells the actual module.
