SDK is already available for NRF52 and NRF51,

but it is alpha version

Is this alpha version already based on the BLE Mesh specification 1.0? Does it only support the GCC Compiler? If yes are there any plans to realease an SKD with IAR Compiler support?

Yes, it is based on the BLE Mesh specification, but it is an alpha. See the release notes for more information. At the moment Segger Embedded Studio and CMake is supported, for future plans you should contact the regional sales manager for your area.
