Are there any particular practices or instructions should i follow if I want to write a custom library

We are trying to write a library for LEACH protocol and it is a network algorithm and we can't find an existing one for Keil and Nordic. We have done a simulation on Matlab and thats about it. We're trying to implement it on a board

As far as I know we do not have any examples or libraries implementing the LEACH protocol.

I recommend that you take a look at our proprietary 2.4GHz protocol libraries, Enhanced Shockburst and Gazelle, and use those as a template when creating your own custom protocol library.

Are those libraries dependant of each other or when creating my customized library, could I just use one or the other?

There are no dependancies between the Enhanced Shockburst and Gazelle libraries, so you can just use one or the other.
