Keil Pack Installer Not Launching

I am not seeing the nRF51822 as an option when I go to select a target device in Keil µVision.

From reading questions on here I understand that the nRF51 SDK should include a Keil Pack Installer to add the device as an option. I made the mistake of installing the SDK before the µVision software but I have tried reinstalling and repairing the current installation and cannot get the Keil Pack Installer to launch after the SDK installer finishes (the Segger installer does launch).

I am on Windows 8 and using v5 of µVision. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
