Device disconnects randomly

Hi,

I'm using a nrf51 custom board (IC no. N51822QFAAH0) with Softdevice S130 v2.0.0 and SDK_11.

After connecting it with nrf Connect Android App, the device gets disconnected randomly ( gives Error 8 (0x8) GATT_CONN_TIMEOUT ).

I tried same code with nrf51-DK (IC no. N51422QFACA1), works perfectly.

Please help me. I referred to link below which says compatibility might be an issue,but according to Compatibility Matrix my nrf51 custom board IC is compatible with S130 and SDK_11.

I checked the compatibility (in Compatibility Matrix)

Do you see this problem if you run the same code on a nRF51-DK?

If not, the problem could be related to the board, possibly poor range. What does your board look like? Could you upload schematic and layout of the RF part of the board?

The code works with nRF51 DK.

I followed your another answer devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ and it solved frequent disconnections problem. Changing NRF_CLOCK_LF_XTAL_ACCURACY_20_PPM to NRF_CLOCK_LF_XTAL_ACCURACY_500_PPM worked.
