Note that ALL Nordic resources are on Infocenter. In your case documentation for nRF51 is divided between Product Specification (chip variant specific) and Reference Manual (common for whole family). These documents provide some reference schematics but for antenna there are couple of whitepapers from Nordic as well as blog posts.
