Soldered memory compatible with nRF52 / Fatfs

Hello,

I search for a memory (1 Gbyte or more, SOIC) compatible with nRF52 / Fatfs (component controller is "SD card SPI access" style). Do someone have a keyword for my search or a component reference ?

Use a (Micro-)SD card socket. The eMMC's are no longer SPI compatible - this has been removed from the spec, and they are not SOIC but BGA.

Thank you but I wanted to avoid socket because my device is exposed to vibrations.

I'm on thin ice here, but what about "regular" flash memory chips with an SPI interface? Something like this? That one is only 1Gbit though.

Thank you. It's not she same abstraction level as a SDCard SPI controller so it's not "seen" as an SDCard.

I found. It's eMMC but they are not compatible with SPI link, i have to work on that. Thank you all for your help.
