Is there any backup download site for mobile apps ?

I have trouble for downloading mobile app from Google play, since it is blocked in China. So... is there any official mirror site for download these apps ? Yes, we can find some download services, but we are not sure if it contains virus or hacks.

I will like to suggest to put these apps in your own download area.
