Connection issues nrf51822 PCA10001 with android app

Hi All,

We have a PCA10001 running a ble_app_hid_mouse (modified according to our use case) which receives data from PC UART.

We are trying to connect to this device using custom android ble app and MCP app but sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't we don't get any data on .

But with Master emulator firmware installed dongle it works fine everytime.

Also if we use the standard android app to pair to the device i.e. settings --> bluetooth then switch to our app then it works fine.

I have tried changing the slave latency and connection interval.

Does anyone has exposure to creating a android app for interfacing with nordic ?
