nRF52 PCA10040 Bossa Program Port

Sorry for being funny English because I am using translation software.

Hello, I am using PCA 10040.Version is V1.1.0. I am in trouble because it is recognized as "Bossa Program Port" when I connect it with PC.

For reference, the environment construction procedure is as follows.

  1. Install Keil
  2. Download Software Development Kit(nRF5-SDK-zip Version 14.0.0)
  3. Install nRFgo Studio-Win64 with full installation(Version 1.21.2)
  4. Open blinky in SDK and initial setting

However, J-Link does not seem to recognize it as shown in the figure below. image description

At this time, it appears in the device manager as shown below. image description

Originally "JLink CDC UART Port" should be displayed.

"nRFgo Studio" will also be disconnected.

The correspondence we tried is below.

  1. Replace J-Link with the latest version 6.20a.
  2. Hold down the "BOOT / RESET" button on the PCA 10040 and turn on the power. Nothing happened.
  3. I tried connecting "PCA 10040" purchased at the same time. It was recognized normally without any problem.

Is there a solution?

Thank you for reading it until the very end.
