Where can I find demo programs for nRF52 ?

By reading the resources on this page ("Tutorials" button on top of the page) you will discover whole word of Nordic nRF5 SDK, Infocenter with "getting stated section" etc.

I would recommend that you start by reading the nRF5 Getting Started pages on our Infocenter. Example program can be found in our SDK. Please have a look at the nRF5 SDK Getting started section. You can find a collection of tutorials here on DevZone, that go deeper into some topics. Note that some of the tutorials are written for older SDK versions. An updated version of the BLE custom service tutorial can be found on this GitHub page.
