Is there a mesh gateway project in mesh SDK?

I got the BLE mesh SDK from: http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-low-energy/nRF5-SDK-for-Mesh/(language)/eng-GB

I want to develop a mesh gateway to connect the internet. Is there a example gateway project for mesh?

Hi Rick,

No, there isn't a gateway example in the SDK. Feel free to create one. Mesh gateway to connect to cloud was not in the scope of Bluetooth Mesh spec.

Thank you for your answer. And if I want to send a mesh controlling command(e.g. turn on light) via uart, whitch API should I call? Thanks.

In the lighting example you can send command via RTT (check the main loop in client project), just type the number of the button you want to press. You can convert that into UART command. But you need to write your own code for that. Or you can try to import the UART driver from the nRF5 SDK.
